WAY OF THE WARRIORS
From starting out playing social football since 1975, growing to affiliation as a club with the Nepean association in 1983, the club has steadily grown to an all year round operation by hosting both a Winter and Summer competition.
Our home ground, Pitt Park, went through a major overhaul in 2007 giving us a beautiful new playing surface boasting the largest size field on the mountain and lit by 100 lux floodlights for night games.
In 2021 the building of the new clubhouse was completed!
We support and encourage all young people in the area by offering the opportunity to play the game of football from the youngest level to the highest level possible whilst maintaining our core values of Fun, Fitness, Fairplay and Friendship.
WFFC is an a member of the Good Sports program.
This programs ensures we provide a positive environment for players, volunteers, supporters and officials by tackling topics such as alcohol, drugs, smoking, mental health and safe transport.

Games will be scheduled for the first and last weekends of the SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, with a break in the middle week.

All teams please make sure to complete the DRIBL match sheets accurately. The club is currently receiving fines due to inaccuracies - let’s get it right to avoid any further penalties. Need some help? Refer to our guide at bit.ly/WFFC-dribl-guide
SET UP / PACK UP ROSTER:
Teams scheduled for the first game must set up fields, while those playing the last game must pack up, make sure goals are in place and flags are set out and brought in.
Please check the attached roster to check if YOUR team is scheduled.

BMCC HAS CLOSED ALL SPORTS GROUNDS:
Council is required to close its sports grounds and ovals from time to time in response to adverse weather conditions and other circumstances.
The decision to close and reopen sports grounds and ovals is made on a needs basis.
When grounds are closed it is to prevent damage to the sporting fields, usually during wet weather.
