We are so excited to announce that our second Letβs Talk Football Series is on THIS WEEK 8th May at the Wentworth Falls School of Arts, 7:15pm to 8:15pm.
The amazing team from True Balance Physio is providing a session on the unique health considerations for women in football, the risks of overtraining, common injuries such as ACL tears and stress fractures, and the unique physiological considerations for females in sport. They will also highlight the importance of pelvic floor health and how tailored physiotherapy can aid in prevention and recovery. Whether you're a player, coach, or sports enthusiast, gain expert insights to help female athletes perform at their best while staying injury-free.
This event is brought to you by the Wentworth Falls Football Club and funded by the Growing Football Fund in conjunction with Football Australia and Commbank.
Following an inspection today, Friday 2nd of May, Pitt Park is now open.
Please check DRIBL for the most up to date information on your HOME or AWAY games. If the status is listed as "Pending," your game is still going ahead. βWashout Reschedule" means your game is being moved to a different time or location. βWashout Cancelled" means the game is cancelled completely. If a game disappears from DRIBL, itβs being rescheduled. Remember, a game is only officially cancelled when DRIBL confirms it. If you assume a game is off without checking, it could result in a forfeit.
