WFFC Team Formation Policy
Revision 6 Released for Community Consultation
On 23 September 2026, the Wentworth Falls Football Club Executive Committee endorsed Revision 6 of the WFFC Team Formation Policy, prepared by the Club’s Team Formation Subcommittee, for community consultation.
The proposed policy will now be released to the wider WFFC community for a two-week consultation period, after which the Club’s Committee will consider community feedback before determining the final form of the policy ahead of the 2027 season.
The proposed revision responds to feedback from members of the Executive Committee and the broader football community seeking a clearer, stronger and more transparent approach to team formation.
WFFC remains committed to providing opportunities for players of different abilities, aspirations and levels of experience to participate in community football. At the same time, the Club recognises the importance of ensuring that players who wish to further develop their football are given an appropriate opportunity to do so.
Revision 6 therefore seeks to provide greater transparency and consistency in how teams are formed, while creating a clearer development pathway for players from U10 upwards.
