In all other age groups the player must have attained that age prior to taking the field in any NFA fixture and no later than 30th of June of the competition year they are registering in order that they qualify to be registered in these age groups. Some exemptions apply in Over 45 Men’s competitions.

Click Register and follow the prompts to complete your registration. If you need help with this please refer to the Play Football support video which will talk you through how to register and pay for a registration as a participant. Please note: A player is not considered registered with the club until WFFC Registrars have accepted their registration via Play Football and are not considered eligible to take the field of play until such time as NFA have authorised the registration and issued a printed player ID sheet containing the player concerned.

While registrations are open from early January, team allocations are not finalised until the end of February. Please be patient during this process. Once teams are finalised, your team’s coach or manager will be in contact with you on team activities, training, and game days.

Winter Season Fee Adjustment

We wish to inform our members of a slight increase in Wentworth Falls Football Club's winter season registration fees compared to last year. This adjustment is necessary due to several factors:

  1. Increased Affiliation Fees: Fees set by Football Australia (FA), Football NSW (FNSW), and Nepean Football Association (NFA) have risen by 2%.
  2. Council Fees: In the past, the club absorbed council-related costs. Unfortunately, due to changes in our financial structure and the increasing costs associated with running the club, these fees must now be shared among registrants. This adjustment is necessary to ensure the club’s sustainability while managing rising council fees and operational expenses. It’s important to note that any fees received by BMCC are returned to the sports grounds or assets through grant applications and project upgrade support.
  3. GST Requirement: As a result of our club's growth and success, we now meet the threshold for GST registration. While this reflects our positive development, it also adds a 10% tax component to registration fees.

We are pleased to offer an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT for members who register before 31 January. By registering early, you can take advantage of reduced fees and secure your place for the upcoming season.

PLEASE NOTE:
U5-U12: The total price shown will be INCORRECT when you first click into your age group (showing about $9 more). This is due to a fault with the fees entered in the Play Football platform site by Football NSW. HOWEVER this will automaticaly be corrected at the time of payment.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

WFFC creates teams for each season based on our grading policy which  is designed to help our team formation committee make properly informed decisions about player placements for the upcoming season and covers not just their skill on the field, but also their own desired outcomes and attitude towards contributing to their team on and off the field.

A player that de-registers prior to the start of the season will receive a full refund (excluding vouchers), less NFA Admin fee of $16.50.

Once a Player has taken the field of play, in any age group, they are not entitled to a refund of any portion of the above fees. If players sustain a season ending injury, they may claim their fees through the player insurance. Nepean FA does not refund fees pro-rata.

If an Active Kids Voucher has been used to pay any portion of the registration fee for a player aged U18, the amount covered by the AKV cannot be refunded to the parent/guardian of the minor. No refund of AKV also applies to de- registering junior players, regardless of whether they have taken the field of play or not.
